The Shack, Royal William Yard

At the shack you can find the best quality local refreshments, served by a super friendly team. The Shack at Firestone is open to the public during the spring and summer months.

Located next to South West SUP next Firestone Arch in the Royal William Yard it is perfectly placed for refuelling after your SUP adventure or wild swim.

Check out their Yard Sessions, completely FREE. Expect performances by the water’s edge and Grade I listed buildings forming a dramatic backdrop. Visitors can look forward to chilled tunes on select Friday evenings from 5.30pm to 8pm between June and September. It’s a chance to sit back and relax as the sun goes down, and discover an eclectic mix of live music amidst the stunning coastal scenery.

Yard Sessions are hosted by South West SUP, metres from the sea at Firestone Arch. Enjoy refreshments and light bites from The Shack, wine from by Le Vignoble and beer from Steel Brew. Make an evening of it and dine at one of the many eateries, or grab food to go using the conveniently placed QR codes to enjoy a meal with music. Stay for longer, sink into velvet sofas and enjoy Everyman Cinema’s Friday ‘Late Nights Season’ screenings.
