HANNAH HARRIS
Chief Executive Officer
Hannah has a background in cultural development and management, with a strong focus on partnership working within the cultural sector. Hannah joined Plymouth Culture from the Arts University Plymouth in 2019, where she was the Director of Development specialising in strategic planning, partnership development and externally funded projects. Since 2019 Hannah has authored the 10-year Culture Plan for Plymouth and championed work to make the creative and cultural sector in Plymouth vibrant, visible and accessible

SABRINA CANDIDO
Sector Development Programme Manager
Sabrina has worked in significant and diverse international arts projects in Brazil and the UK, and brings her knowledge in strategic partnerships, executive production and curatorship. She is mostly interested in contributing to projects that promote the exchange of knowledge, social transformation, and in working towards the construction of a collaborative network of creative professionals around the world.

BRACKEN JELIER
Content Manager
After 15 years working for ITV and a further 10 years running her own PR, Content and Social Media Consultancy, Bracken joined the Plymouth Culture team as Content Manager for Made in Plymouth in 2023. Her storytelling, film making and writing experience have been invaluable to the creation of content and in developing the Made in Plymouth platform. She has also been able to share that experience as she builds the team of Community Reporters.

ROB BOWMAN
Rob Bowman is a producer and artistic director with over twenty years’ experience of collaborating with artists and leading partnerships to deliver ambitious artistic and engagement projects.
Rob moved to Bristol in 2015 to take up the role of Director of Programme at Arnolfini. In 2018, he set up Co-Production to work independently on public realm, collaborative and socially engaged projects, and provide consultancy in museums, galleries and Higher Education. He has also been Head of Programmes and Production at Artangel and Curator at the ICA London and Modern Art Oxford.

PAUL BURTON / PBMEDIA
Marketing and Communications
Paul Burton and the team at pbmedia support Plymouth Culture in their marketing and communications. They specialise in website design, digital storytelling, social media, content creation, video production and strategic planning.
