Light Studios

Light Studios is home to a blossoming community of new and established businesses in the heart of Plymouth. Located in Millbay in a prime PL1 location, 21 adaptable studio spaces are housed within a supportive and inspiring environment. Many of Light Studios’ residents are deeply connected to local initiatives, often working together towards positive causes that aim to have a lasting impact.

While the studios are sanctuaries for creative work, the location’s communal areas, including a rooftop terrace with unobstructed views of the city skyline, are designed to encourage genuine collaboration and meaningful partnerships.

Residents have 24hr access to Light Studios. A Community Manager is on-hand to assist during weekday daytime working hours.

Residents can relax on the expansive roof terrace while enjoying unobstructed views of the city skyline.
