The Plymouth Podcast with Richard Ward: Anthony Caleshu

Anthony Caleshu is the Professor of Poetry at The University of Plymouth. Arriving in the city twenty years ago via Boston and Ireland, he brings a wealth of knowledge on the subject of poetry.

As an author he had penned critical work on poets Peter Gizzi and James Tate as well as his own collections such as The Victor Poems (Shearsman 2015), and A Dynamic Exchange Between Us (Shearsman 2019).

Plymouth Community Reporter, Dick Wilbur, begins his Plymouth Podcast series by meeting with Anthony in his rooms on the University Campus to discuss his latest Publication, Xenia etc (Shearsman 2023).
