Talking about Creativity + Leadership
Royal Cornwall Museum
31st July 2024 5-7pm
>> Free click here to book your ticket

This gathering will bring freelance and organisational arts & culture sector workers together for informal conversation and thinking about how leadership manifests in our sector, and how it might change.

Following a previous coffee morning event at Krowji earlier this year, the evening will include speakers, refreshments, creative activities and group discussion.

We will question perceptions of creative leadership, and consider how leadership within the sector can be more equitable and inclusive. How it can be more reflective of the arts and culture we create, commission and share.

Produced by Sovay Berriman with support from Liz Howell, contributors include: Katie Villa, Theatre Director and one of Sovay’s Clore Leadership cohort; Bryony Robins, Director of Royal Cornwall Museum; and Lauren Campbell, Engagement Manager at Royal Cornwall Museum. Sovay will share feedback about her secondment to National Theatre Scotland and her ReWilding Arts Leadership thinking which developed during her Clore Leadership fellowship.
